About Helen

Helen is a registered Clinical Counsellor and experienced teacher. Her vast experience has promoted a strong interest, and expertise, in child development, parental and family issues, the development of self esteem and coping skills around life transitions.

Helen is passionate about supporting individuals and families in all of their various compositions. She strives to promote resilient communities where individuals are supported and empowered to become positive citizens. Helen promotes the ability to cope with issues, set goals and persist for personal achievement.

Helen is an ACA approved therapist for Virtual Reality Therapy. The positive effects of counselling can be increased by combining technology and counselling.
