How does it help?

VRT creates a balance with the sub-conscious and conscious mind. Through guided imagery and deep relaxation, the therapeutic transfer is facilitated by the narrator’s voice from a predetermined program. There is no interactive client communication or accessing of past events during the program delivery.

Safety

VRT is non-invasive, painless and relaxing. Clients view a personalised screen and generally report a relaxed and refreshed feeling afterwards.

A conveniently located office in Medindie Gardens allows consultation out of hours, on Saturday mornings and during normal working hours. Bookings are made with adequate time in between to ensure that clients do not feel pressured by the next appointment.
